Finding Meaning and Purpose
You’re not just looking for relief. You’re searching for direction.
Whether you're feeling lost, stuck, or simply craving something deeper, you're not alone. Many people reach a point in life where the old answers no longer satisfy. That’s where therapy can help, not just to heal, but to grow.
In our work together, we’ll go beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the deeper questions:
Who am I really? And who do I want to be?
What matters most to me? And what isn’t important to me anymore.
How do I create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling?
This kind of therapy isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about making space for the questions that keep you up at night and helping you live your way into the answers.
Grief, Loss, End of Life
When everything changes, you don’t have to face it alone.
Grief, loss, and life touch every part of who we are. Whether you’re mourning someone you love, facing your own mortality, or walking alongside a loved one at the end of their life, therapy can offer a quiet, steady place to land.
We all feel the weight of sorrow, grief, and unfinished goodbyes. We all desperately want to make this meaningful, to make sense of it all. There is this deep human need to be seen, heard, and remembered.
This isn’t about fixing pain. It’s about making room for it, honoring it, and learning how to live with it. Acceptance isn’t about giving in or giving up. It’s about living.
Together, we create a space where all feelings are welcome and where healing doesn’t mean forgetting, but finding a way forward with love and dignity. There are no easy answers here, but there is room for the questions, the pain, the fear, and the hope.
Anxiety
Anxiety can make everyday life feel overwhelming.
Racing thoughts, tension in your body, trouble sleeping, constant worry even when things seem fine, you may still feel on edge. If anxiety is interfering with your peace of mind, your relationships, or your ability to enjoy life, therapy can help.
I can help you:
Quiet your mind and reduce overthinking
Calm your nervous system and reconnect with your body
Set boundaries and say no without guilt
Let go of perfectionism and self-criticism
Face fear without letting it control your life
You don’t have to “just deal with it.”
Anxiety doesn’t have to define you. It’s something you’re experiencing, and with the right support, it can change. Therapy offers a safe, compassionate space to learn how to cope, heal, and build a more grounded, peaceful life.
Depression
When Everything Feels Heavy, You Don’t Have to Carry It Alone
Depression can make you feel like the light has gone out.
Maybe you're tired all the time, disconnected from the people and things you used to care about, or just going through the motions. It might be hard to get out of bed or even to believe that things could ever feel different.
But the truth is: you’re not broken, and you’re not alone.
Depression is more than sadness. It's a real, human experience that deserves real care and support.
Maybe you want to:
Understand what’s underneath the heaviness
Challenge the inner critic and self-blame
Gently reconnect with emotion, motivation, and meaning
Learn tools to navigate low moods, isolation, and overwhelm
Start rebuilding a life that feels worth living
You don’t have to “snap out of it” or pretend to be okay. Here, you can be honest, even when things are hard.
There is no quick fix, but with the right support, healing is possible.
Therapy offers a space to feel seen, supported, and slowly rediscover hope. You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to take the first step.
Life Transitions
Change is part of life, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy.
Whether expected or unexpected, life transitions can stir up anxiety, grief, confusion, and even a loss of identity. You might be moving through a major shift, starting something new, letting go of something old, or simply feeling uncertain about what’s next.
You don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can offer a steady, supportive space to process what’s changing and find clarity in the chaos.
We can work together to:
Make sense of complex emotions like fear, loss, relief, or doubt
Reflect on what matters most in this next chapter
Work through self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or stuckness
Build resilience and trust in your ability to move forward
Reconnect with your identity, values, and sense of direction
Transitions are more than just external changes. They often challenge our inner world. Therapy helps you move through them with intention and self-compassion.
This Is a Time of Uncertainty… and Possibility
Change can feel disorienting, but it also offers a chance to grow into a deeper version of yourself. With the right support, you can move from surviving the change to shaping what comes next.
Relationships
You want connection, but the pieces aren’t fitting together.
You find yourself in the same kinds of relationship patterns, over and over. You feel stuck, misunderstood, distant, or like you have to walk on eggshells with people you care about. Whether you’re struggling in a romantic relationship, navigating family tension, or feeling lonely despite being surrounded by others, therapy can help.
Because at the heart of being human is the need to feel seen, understood, and valued.
In therapy, we create a space to:
Explore the relationship dynamics that keep you feeling stuck
Heal attachment wounds or past relational trauma
Build stronger boundaries without guilt or fear
Improve communication, trust, and emotional intimacy
Deepen your sense of self in the context of relationships
This isn’t about blaming others or yourself. It’s about learning how to show up more fully, speak your truth, and form the kinds of relationships that actually nourish you.
You Can Learn to Relate Differently
Relationship struggles don’t mean you’re broken. They usually reflect old wounds, unmet needs, or outdated patterns that can be unlearned. Therapy gives you the tools and the safe space to start doing relationships differently.
Or maybe you want to bring your relationship to therapy. You can learn more about that here.
Men’s Issues
Therapy for Men:
Real Conversations, Real Growth
You’ve been carrying a lot and it’s starting to wear on you.
You’ve been taught to “man up,” stay busy, push through, and keep things to yourself. But lately, it’s not working. Stress is piling up. Emotions feel harder to manage. Relationships might feel strained. You’re realizing that something needs to shift.
You don’t have to stay stuck in the cycle day after day.
Therapy offers a space to talk honestly without judgment or pressure about the things that aren’t working, and the parts of yourself you’re ready to better understand.
We can explore:
Stress, anxiety, or burnout
Relationship or intimacy struggles
Anger, irritability, or emotional shut-down
Life transitions or identity questions
Pressure to succeed, provide, or "be strong" all the time
Loneliness, isolation, or difficulty opening up
Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or just feeling like you’ve lost touch with who you really are, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, and with the life you want to live.
You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out
Therapy isn’t about being weak. It’s about being real and having a space to work through things in your own way, at your own pace.
There’s strength in asking for support. There’s courage in showing up.
ADHD
Understand Your Brain, Reclaim Your Life
Your mind moves fast, and sometimes, it feels like the rest of the world can’t keep up.
You might be constantly distracted, overwhelmed, or hard on yourself for things that feel “simple” to others. You’ve spent years trying to stay organized, stay on track, and just stay afloat. It’s exhausting.
You’re not lazy, broken, or failing. You just haven’t had the support that actually fits how your brain works.
You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
Therapy offers a space to slow down, untangle the chaos, and make sense of what’s going on inside. No judgment. No pressure. Just real conversations and real tools that actually help.
Support That Meets You Where You Are
Together, we can work through:
Chronic overwhelm, burnout, or anxiety
Time management and organization struggles
Low self-esteem or harsh inner criticism
Relationship tension or feeling “too much”
Emotional ups and downs, or trouble hitting the brakes
Feeling stuck, scattered, or behind in life
Whether you’ve had a formal diagnosis or you just know that something’s different, therapy can help you understand your ADHD not as a flaw, but as part of your unique wiring.
There’s Power in Learning How You Work
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you function in a way that finally makes sense.
With the right support, you can build tools that work with your brain, not against it, and start creating the life you’ve been trying so hard to live.
People Who Stutter
Take your time. What you have to say is important.
It’s not just about fluency. It’s about how stuttering impacts your confidence, your relationships, and the way you move through the world.
And while others might focus only on fluency, you know there’s more to the story.
You’re Not Alone and You Don’t Have to Hide
Therapy offers a space to talk honestly about what stuttering brings up: the stress, the isolation, the shame, the frustration, the courage. It’s not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and more confident in you.
Maybe Fluency Isn’t Your Biggest Concern
Not every therapist has experience with stuttering and sometimes that makes therapy more harmful than helpful. Clients tell me stories of therapists trying to finish their sentences, being visibly uncomfortable listening to them speak, interrupting, expressing frustration during phone calls, putting pressure on to speak faster towards the end of sessions, and more. I grew up stuttering. I still have trouble with my fluency from time to time. I don’t have a cure or a solution, but I have lived it all first hand. I am here to listen to you the same way I needed and still need people to listen to me.
You Deserve to Be Heard
Your voice matters. Therapy can help you show up more fully in your life, not by changing who you are, but by helping you feel safer being you.
You don’t have to be fluent to be powerful. Let’s start there.
